Hey y’all! In case you haven’t heard yet, PRS launched a silly hacky combat robotics league this week! Check out the general page on the league here and the full ruleset here, of course both available on powerracingseries.org. This is supposed to be combat robotics, PRS style, with pagentry, hackiness, and drama valued over engineering prowess. You have to register separately for combat robotics events, your regular race registration won’t cover it. We’re hoping the addition of this league will make it easier to host PRS races without an anchor Maker Faire, so we can be more flexible with race locations in future seasons.
