Is there a reason that Outgoing email has been disabled for non-staff users?
This means that email notifications don’t work. and I have to manually check back to see if a thread has been replied to.
Hey Marshall! Consider this a test- I believe we fixed the issue? Sorry there are like 6 billion different email settings and it’s hard to tell what they’re all doing.
